The Toy Bernedoodle is a Tiny breed dog weighing 10-24lbs in weight and measuring 12-17 inches tall. This breed stands proud with tall legs and a long tail that tapers to a point. Their tail can be curved up and over their back, or stand straight. Their coat ranges from tight curls to long, light, fluffy hair with a wavey to straight texture. This depends on the amount of Poodle genetics that is within each individual pup. Their coat color is available in a large variety of solid colors as well as bi-color and tri-color combinations. Black tri, Phantom, Tri-color, Merle Tri and Merle are commonly seen. They can have black, brown or blue eyes. It is common for Toy Berndoodles to have 1 blue eye. Their nose can be black, brown or pink. 

Toy Bernedoodle's generally have a fantastic temperament. If properly trained at an early age with puppy training courses and early socialization, Toy Bernedoodles are great with children as well as visiting family and friends. This breed is known to be energetic, loving and very smart. Toy Bernedoodles generally get along well with other dogs and pets, however early socialization will only ensure this. Some Toy Bernedoodles can have a prey drive due to their Poodle genetics, so always monitor interactions. Proper daily physical and mental exercise is necessary. As always, positive reinforcement training methods are the only methods recommended. 

Daily brushing and professional grooming when needed. Please pay special attention to their coat to prevent mats from forming.

Please note that this breed is not meant for everyone. The Toy Bernedoodle can be a high energy breed, both physically and mentally. They require ongoing training to redirect their attention and stay focused. This breed can also be prone to separation anxiety.  Please fully educate yourself about this breed prior to adding one to your family to ensure a life long commitment physically and financially for your new dog.
